- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but motivated new graduates are welcome
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on student needs
- Deliver direct therapy to students in both individual and group environments
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to foster supportive learning environments
- Document progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with applicable guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, consultations, and professional development activities as needed
