The district serves approximately 3,650 students across Rosamond, offering a diverse and collaborative environment. You’ll work across two sites—an elementary school and a high school early college program—engaging with students who range from general education to those with moderate to severe needs.
Ideal candidates bring a solid background in school-based settings, experience handling varied caseloads, and a commitment to fostering student growth through speech and language interventions. What we’re looking for:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC certification
- Prior experience in school settings, particularly with students from TK to 12th grade
- Strong clinical skills for addressing a range of disabilities
- Flexibility to manage a caseload of up to 60 students
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Dedication to onsite work throughout the school year
In this role you will:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
