Speech Language Pathologist in La Porte, IN

As the onsite SLP, you'll be responsible for managing a full-time caseload of preschool-aged children, designing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and playing a vital role in an inclusive educational environment. Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Indiana SLP license
- DOE Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Demonstrated ability to supervise an SLPA
- Experience working in a school environment, particularly with early childhood or Pre-K students, is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to early childhood/Pre-K students
- Develop and maintain Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to an SLPA
- Document student performance and communicate progress
- Contribute to a collaborative, student-focused educational atmosphere
