Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Indiana SLP license
- DOE Certification required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or readiness to supervise an SLPA
- Strong commitment to early childhood language development
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy for Early Childhood/PreK students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate actively with educators and families
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and update treatment plans as needed
- Supervise and support an SLPA, fostering professional growth and ensuring quality of services
- Engage in team meetings and professional development, contributing to an inclusive, collaborative school environment
