Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Indiana SLP license
- DOE (Department of Education) certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated ability to supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Solid understanding of early childhood development and diverse student needs
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions for Early Childhood/Pre-K students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, families, and related service providers
- Provide guidance and supervision to an assigned SLPA to enhance service delivery
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making for positive student outcomes
- Stay current with state and federal regulations, as well as best practices in pediatric speech therapy
