Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly desired
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude
- Ability to develop creative, individualized therapy plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech and language needs
- Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP development and progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation and deliver timely reporting
- Engage with teachers, parents, and educational teams to promote student achievement
