Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Concord, California

You’ll collaborate with educators and families, providing tailored interventions and fostering communication skills in a school-based setting.
What we’re seeking:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure appropriate for school-based practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience with K-12 student populations, including evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy planning
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Strong communication and organization skills for managing a caseload of up to 55 students
- Flexibility and openness to explore potential virtual options, pending discussion
Your contributions will include:
- Conducting assessments and creating individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Delivering direct therapy services within the school environment
- Documenting progress and maintaining compliant records
- Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and families for integrated student support
- Participating in team meetings and contributing expertise to overall educational planning
