Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and active credentials
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Experience and passion for working with pediatric populations, especially within school settings
- Proficient in assessment, development, and implementation of IEPs
- Effective communicator with staff, families, and students
- Comfortable managing a caseload of up to 55 diverse students, K-12
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and reassessments as required by student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and goals
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support each student’s educational growth
- Deliver therapy services either in person or virtually, as determined by district and candidate preferences
- Provide consultation and support to teachers and other relevant staff
