Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Vallejo, CA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working in school-based or pediatric settings
- Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to manage a K-12 caseload
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Comfortable with or willing to explore virtual service provision
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Manage a caseload of up to 55 K-12 students, planning and delivering individualized therapy
- Develop and implement IEP goals, collaborating with educators and families
- Deliver services in-person, with potential for virtual modalities if feasible
- Monitor student progress and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Document therapy sessions and student progress according to school protocols
