Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for the state of Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience providing speech therapy in schools strongly preferred
- Strong collaborative, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in school-based practice
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of PK-12 students, including assessments, group and individual interventions, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Engage with teachers, families, and staff to provide support, consultation, and resources tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with school and district policies
- Support inclusive classroom environments and participate in RTI/MTSS processes as needed
- Stay current on best practices and participate in professional development related to school-based SLP services
