School Speech Language Pathologist - Kirkwood, CA

In this engaging role, you will:
- Conduct in-depth assessments for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Lead therapy sessions with clear goals in speech, language, and communication
- Document progress carefully, ensuring accurate records and ongoing evaluation
- Work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and other specialists to foster holistic care
- Involve and guide families as partners in the therapeutic process
- Stay current on best practices and emerging techniques in school-based speech-language pathology
Ideal candidates bring:
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure) as an SLP
- Preferably, a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or eligibility/interest in completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working with school-aged or pediatric populations is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- The ability to work both autonomously and within an interdisciplinary group
To qualify, you must have an active state board-approved license and a master’s or higher in speech-language pathology.
You will be supported by an advisory team of experienced SLPs in your state, providing mentorship and guidance throughout your contract term.
