Ideal candidates bring expertise in speech-language pathology within educational settings and are comfortable managing varied caseloads. Whether you hold your CCC or are completing your CFY, your skills and commitment to student success will be highly valued.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; consideration given to strong CFY candidates
  • School-based SLP experience highly valued, but strong clinical backgrounds welcome
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to partner with teachers, staff, and families
  • Familiarity with IEP process, documentation, and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a K-12 caseload
  • Conduct evaluations, develop and update IEP goals, and document student progress
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with educational professionals
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff to enhance language and communication supports in the classroom
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive environment where all students can thrive
