We are seeking two motivated Speech-Language Pathologists to step into full-time, contract roles, covering maternity leaves with immediate and upcoming start dates. Key qualifications and experience desired:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for WA licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • ASHA certification preferred
  • Previous experience in a school environment advantageous
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Role responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload of students
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Engage with families and teachers to support students’ progress
  • Maintain compliance with all reporting and documentation standards

These full-time contract roles cover two distinct leave periods:

  • Immediate opening through June 17th
  • Second opening beginning of May through June 17th
