School Speech Language Pathologist - Kendallville, IN

Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
- Passion for working with Early Childhood through Elementary-aged students
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Proactively participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and school-wide initiatives
