- Previous experience in a school setting (preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key responsibilities in this role:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and evaluations
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide direct therapy services for students with communication challenges
- Maintain clear and timely documentation, progress reports, and case files
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Engage in ongoing professional development
