Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Greenwood, IN

Support the communication and developmental needs of students in a school-based setting, working closely with educators and families to deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services. This full-time, on-site position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact with a supportive school team and is open to travel professionals.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Possession of (or eligibility for) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or specialized interest in pediatric populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Ability to work collaboratively within an educational team environment
- Flexibility and openness to working as a travel professional
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student success
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and IEP-related reports
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as required
- Advocate for students’ needs and support their communication goals within the school environment
