Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
- Previous experience in K-12 school environments is desirable
- Strong communication, organization, and team-collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students across various grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor progress and update goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state policies
- Participate in team meetings, eligibility conferences, and consultative services
