Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Indiana SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and provide direct therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
- Offer resources and support to families and educational staff
