Qualifications:
- Active Indiana (IN) Speech-Language Pathology licensure is required
- Previous experience working in a school-based SLP or similar pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to manage and balance a diverse caseload including special instruction and general education students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of students
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to SI and general education students in accordance with IEPs and school guidelines
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers and instructional staff
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports for each student's file
- Communicate progress and collaborate with parents, staff, and other specialists
- Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
