Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position serving students across K–12 grade levels at the Armour and Oak campuses for the 2026–2027 school year. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative educational environment while making a meaningful impact on student communication and academic success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in K–12 settings
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and therapy notes
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support students across multiple grade levels and learning needs
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (REQUIRED)
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred (or Clinical Fellowship candidates considered, if applicable)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, compliance, and therapy interventions
