This full-time opening, running from August 26 through May 27 of the 2026-2027 academic year, offers a balanced schedule—working 35 hours a week, Tuesday through Friday, with 8.75-hour workdays. You’ll join a collaborative educational setting near Greenville, MO, providing experienced SLPs and enthusiastic CFY candidates with the chance to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 50 students, primarily in early childhood and elementary grades, with some students extending through 12th grade. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized plans, deliver direct therapy, and work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff to promote optimal communication outcomes for your students.
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Appropriate state licensure or eligibility; open to both credentialed SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY candidates)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Experience working with school-age children or adolescents is an advantage, but enthusiastic new graduates are also welcome
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques for a diverse caseload and collaborate in a school-based team
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Document student progress and maintain required compliance records
- Provide consultative support and resources to staff and families
