Qualifications/Desired Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Missouri SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school-based SLP settings preferred
- Ability to case manage a diverse elementary caseload
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Case manage approximately 21 students, with a total service provider count of 76 (including those you case manage)
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with an onsite SLP Assistant, providing guidance and collaborating with another in-house SLP for oversight
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with school and legal guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the overall educational planning for students
- Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment that promotes each student’s growth and success
