Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification and relevant state licensure (or eligibility)
- Background in school-based therapy; elementary experience preferred
- Able to manage a diverse elementary caseload and collaborate with SLP-A support
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and interventions for elementary-age students
- Case manage for 21 students, with a broader service provider load of 76 (in collaboration with an SLP-A)
- Develop IEPs, participate in team meetings, and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with fellow SLPs and educational staff to deliver high-quality therapy services
