What you’ll bring:
- Current CCC-SLP certification and relevant state licensure
- Previous experience in a school setting, working with elementary caseloads
- Familiarity with supervising or collaborating alongside SLP-As (Speech-Language Pathology Assistants)
- Strong organizational abilities to effectively case manage approximately 21 students
- A student-centered mindset, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative work style
- Passion for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and effective therapy sessions

- Deliver speech and language therapy services as a primary provider for about 76 students, with dedicated support from an on-site SLP-A
- Serve as case manager for 21 students, coordinating assessments, progress monitoring, and IEP development
- Partner with another in-house SLP, who will supervise the SLP-A, while you focus on direct therapy and case management
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success and communication goals
- Maintain detailed documentation, contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, and uphold compliance with state and federal requirements
