Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- State licensure (or eligibility) to practice in Missouri.
- School-based experience preferred, particularly with elementary populations.
- Strong organizational and case management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as case manager for approximately 21 students, overseeing assessments, IEP development, and progress monitoring.
- Provide direct speech-language services to around 76 students, with support from an SLP-A.
- Collaborate with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal student outcomes.
- Supervise the onsite SLP-A as required, ensuring high-quality delivery of services.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements.
