Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting, especially at the high school level, is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt interventions to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services, tailoring support for each student
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to foster student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation, IEP reports, and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and student progress reviews
