Qualifications:

  • Valid and current SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience or strong interest in working in a school-based setting
  • Flexibility to adapt to an assigned caseload (specific school/caseload to be determined)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be available for onsite work only (no virtual/remote option)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Develop, implement, and monitor therapeutic interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
  • Provide timely documentation and progress reporting
  • Adapt strategies based on student needs and feedback from staff
