Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active SLP license in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school-based settings, especially with autism programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and tailor interventions for elementary-age students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in the autism program, adjusting strategies to individual needs
- Conduct assessments and create customized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and staff
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking
- Work with families and caregivers to support continuity of care
- Participate in team meetings to ensure integrated student support
