Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active and current SLP licensure for practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working across ages and adapting to diverse student needs
- Able to provide an up-to-date reference sheet
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person speech, language, and communication interventions to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide ongoing therapy
- Maintain thorough records of student progress and communicate effectively with families and staff
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and support a positive educational experience for all students
