Speech Language Pathologist in Creswell, OR

Role Overview:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in K-12 settings.
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct and consultative services.
- Maintain thorough documentation adhering to state and district guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to facilitate student progress.
- Participate in school-based meetings, professional development, and multi-disciplinary teams.
What We’re Seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current active state licensure, including CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) for SLPs.
- School-based SLP experience preferred, but not required if equivalent experience is present.
- A commitment to on-site, in-person service delivery; remote or hybrid options are not offered.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
This is a full-time role, generally 37.5-40 hours per week. The caseload is considered easy to manage, with much of your focus on supporting students in both high school and elementary environments, allowing for varied and engaging day-to-day responsibilities.
