Qualifications & Preferred Experience
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (Oregon state)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in a school setting, working with K-12 caseloads
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, educators, and families
- Flexibility to travel between buildings as needed
- Ability to maintain thorough records and documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a K-12 student population
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document progress, provide student support, and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
- Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding student progress and recommendations
