Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Medford, OR

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized educational planning
- Deliver both group and one-on-one therapy sessions as appropriate
