This full-time assignment offers a consistent weekday schedule from 8:15AM to 3:15PM, totaling 35 hours each week, with a start date as soon as possible through June 25, 2027. Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and valid New Jersey SLP licensure is required
- School-based SLP experience (CCC) essential—CF and SLPA candidates cannot be considered due to supervision requirements
- Comfortable working in a district-wide capacity and able to service a diverse caseload
- Confident in conducting student assessments, evaluations, and documentation independently
- Must bring your own testing materials to fulfill evaluation duties effectively
- Able to complete onboarding requirements including TB screening, physical, and both agency and district fingerprinting
- Reliable transportation and close proximity for an easy commute
- Willingness to fully disclose professional background and adhere to district guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy and services to students throughout the district
- Manage and organize caseload to ensure all students receive required support and mandated services
- Complete evaluations, re-evaluations, progress monitoring, and standardized testing as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administration to integrate IEP goals and support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and timely communication with parents and school teams
