Your expertise as an SLP—especially with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)—will be central in helping children thrive academically and socially by developing critical communication skills. Work full time from 6:45 am to 12:15 pm, providing tailored interventions and collaborating with a welcoming educational community.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCC
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting, preferably with elementary-aged children
- Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and students
- Commitment to inclusivity, cultural sensitivity, and individualized support
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students individually and in groups
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement classroom strategies
- Communicate progress, concerns, and strategies with families and multidisciplinary teams
