Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
- Maintain accurate documentation on progress, goals, and service delivery
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support educational and social communication goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and team planning sessions
- Educate and support classroom staff to integrate effective communication strategies
