Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student goals
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, staff conferences, and team discussions
- Provide consultation and education to staff and families regarding communication strategies
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
