You’ll serve as a vital resource for a diverse caseload of 45 students, collaborating closely with teachers, families, and support staff to deliver top-notch speech and language services—all within one friendly elementary school campus.
What We’re Looking For:
- SLP-CCC or CFY candidates
- Active state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based and/or pediatric speech therapy
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to student success
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct therapy and assessment for students K-5 with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult with educators and families to support student progress
- Monitor, document, and report on therapy outcomes and student milestones
- Maintain regular communication with school staff and families
