In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of approximately 45 students in a single elementary school, working hands-on with diverse pediatric needs. Whether you are a seasoned clinician (CCC) or a Clinical Fellow (CFY) ready to start making a difference, your expertise will help students make meaningful progress.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid NC SLP License or eligibility
- SLP-CCC or CFY status
- Experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Dedication to fostering student growth and success
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students (K-5) based on IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, create intervention plans, and maintain timely documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and team consultations
- Adapt therapy approaches for diverse learning needs and student backgrounds
This contract offers stable, full-time hours—39 per week—from ASAP through June 2026, ensuring continuity for you and the students you serve.
