Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Jacksonville, NC

Qualifications/Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible North Carolina SLP licensure
- SLP-CCC certification preferred; strong CFY applicants welcome
- Experience or genuine interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Knowledge of IEP process and compliance
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Familiarity with both in-person and a variety of therapeutic service delivery models
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate K-12 students for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and track individualized therapy plans
- Contribute to IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions across grade levels
- Provide consultative support, resources, and training to teachers and parents
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records according to school and state guidelines
- Promote a positive, inclusive environment to empower student progress
