Desired Skills & Experience:
- Active SLP license in Arkansas, or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Previous experience providing therapy in an educational or pediatric setting highly encouraged
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs), student documentation, and multi-disciplinary collaboration
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Flexibility and a passion for supporting diverse young learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to children in a daycare setting
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed progress reports and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Collaborate with fellow education professionals and families to optimize student outcomes
- Adapt approaches to meet the unique needs of each child
