- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech and language therapy services onsite to a caseload of 36-40 students
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop customized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support students’ communication needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Maintain compliant, detailed documentation and progress reports
