Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or strong interest in supporting pediatric populations within healthcare or school settings
- Ability to independently assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with diverse communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address speech and language goals
- Provide direct therapy services and collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation and progress monitoring records
- Support student success across academic, social, and functional communication settings
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development workshops, and multidisciplinary teams
