Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- Current state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Experience or clinical practice in pediatric and school-based settings
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, specialists, and families
- Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across various age groups
- Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal mandates
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Provide support and coaching to teachers and caregivers to enhance communication strategies within the classroom
