Speech Language Pathologist in Brick, NJ

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active New Jersey SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to CFY candidates
- School-based experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans focusing on a range of communication needs
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement personalized intervention strategies to address students’ needs
- Maintain clear documentation on evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech-language development within the school environment
