Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license for the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered
- School-based or pediatric experience highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote academic and social success
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports in accordance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing education
