Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) considered
- Previous experience working with pediatric clients, especially in educational settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, parents, teachers, and other education professionals
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain detailed records
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations for students as referred
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluation results and academic objectives
- Work with teachers and educational staff to integrate communication strategies in the classroom
- Provide intervention services to support students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and student progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations as required
