What you’ll bring:
- Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
- Prior experience working in pediatric and/or school-based settings
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
- Passion for empowering students with diverse needs
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and carry out individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct therapy services both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in support of educational goals
