Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Box Elder, South Dakota

Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within school settings
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in individual and group settings
- Document and track student progress and maintain accurate records, adhering to district and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions
- Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field
