- Valid Florida SLP license and certification (CCC or eligible CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based SLP services
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
- Collaborative mindset for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
What You’ll Do:
- Assess and evaluate students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and provide evidence-based therapy to promote students' communicative success
- Create and maintain documentation for IEPs, evaluations, progress notes, and service delivery
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and other support staff to support academic achievement
- Engage in case conferences and parent meetings as needed
- Offer guidance on classroom strategies to enhance speech/language development
