Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY accepted)
- Previous experience within a school setting preferred, especially with elementary-aged students
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other service providers
- Skilled in implementing IEPs and managing caseloads appropriately
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, supporting their academic and social development
- Conduct assessments and evaluations, contributing to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to develop and monitor goals
- Maintain timely and accurate records of student progress and required documentation
- Attend meetings, professional development, and planning sessions as needed
