Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Florida SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, independent, and collaborative
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services to elementary-aged students, both individually and in small groups
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide education and resources to teachers and parents to support student goals
