What You'll Do
The SLP will provide a combination of diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative speech-language services to students with communication needs.
You may work collaboratively with:
- Teachers
- School administrators
- Families
- Support staff
- Other educational professionals
The goal is to help students make progress in their communication skills while supporting their overall academic, social, and emotional success.
Services should be delivered in compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Requirements
For SLP positions:
- Active Minnesota SLP license
- Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
SLPAs are encouraged to apply and should meet applicable Minnesota credentialing requirements.
