Speech Language Pathologist in Saint Paul, MN

As an SLP or SLPA in this district, you will deliver diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services for students across various ages, working with a diverse caseload. Collaboration with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff ensures each student receives comprehensive support that fosters academic, social, and emotional development. You’ll be upholding best practices while meeting all IDEA, Section 504, state, and federal guidelines.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota SLP license, or credentials as an SLPA
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms (for virtual service positions)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexibly and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct and consultative services to students ages PreK–12 as assigned
- Maintain thorough documentation as required by district and legal mandates
- Lead or participate in IEP meetings and school-based parent conferences
- Offer guidance and training to families and school staff
