Multiple full-time and part-time positions are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) in a collaborative, student-centered environment. Assignments are based across multiple schools, with roles suited to various availability, including both onsite and teletherapy opportunities. Start and end dates will be determined to align with current leave coverage needs.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid Minnesota SLP license required; applications also welcomed from credentialed SLPAs
- Experience with school-based speech therapy or teletherapy is highly valued
- Familiarity with IDEA, Section 504, and state/federal regulations impacting student services
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including teachers, administrators, and families
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Adaptability to work with students across a range of age groups and communication needs
In this role, you will:
- Deliver diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to students identified with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support students’ academic and social development
- Maintain documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Encourage inclusive practices and foster an environment supportive of all learners
