Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active SLP license in Indiana and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY
- Experience in school-based settings or pediatric healthcare strongly preferred
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital recordkeeping
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and ability to connect with children of various backgrounds
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students K-12
- Develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs) and support materials to address student needs
- Deliver evidence-based intervention through in-person and virtual sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other school professionals to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress tracking and reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and professional development activities
