Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Virginia SLP license (required)
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Experience or comfort with virtual/telepractice therapy a plus
- Ability to pass VA Department of Social Services background check and TB testing
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to K-12 students 3 days on-site, 2 days remote each week
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary school teams
- Participate in IEP/504 meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Adapt services for both in-person and virtual delivery
- Manage caseload as assigned across multiple school sites
